Please read the following conditions carefully since they set out the terms and conditions of the contract between you and Digital Aurum Ltd, trading as czechspaholidays.com (“we”, “us”, “our” or “ourselves”).
2. Collection of Information
2.1 When you make an online booking, we collect personally identifiable information such as your name, billing address, and other contact details. We need all this information to process your booking request and to be able to contact you when more information is needed or if there are any changes to your programme.
2.2 Additional personal information maybe given by you when you communicate with us about status of your booking and/or when sending a feedback about our service.
2.3 We may store your personal information including your booking details.
2.4 We do not store your credit/debit card information.
3. Use of Information
3.1 The information you provide is used for internal record keeping, processing your booking and contacting you if more information is needed or if there are any changes to the programme.
3.2 We may also use the information to improve our services and to periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information that we think you may be of interest to you.
4. Commitment to Data Security
4.1 Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on this website.
5.1 A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. 7.1 Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over those other websites. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
8. Accessing and rectifying your personal data:
8.1 You may request details of personal information that we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998.
8.2 If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us or email us using the details provided on our website. We will swiftly correct any information found to be incorrect.
9. Privacy Contact Information
1. Contact Formation
1.1 By making a booking on czechspaholidays.com you ("you", "every person named on this booking") agree to these bookings conditions. The contract between you and us becomes effective when we email you your booking invoice, regardless of whether or not you received it.
2.1 All prices shown on our website are in EUR.
2.2 All sales are finalized in EUR.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, however, we make every effort to ensure prices are correct and up to date at the time of publishing.
3.1 To guarantee your booking, a payment of 10% deposit is required. Upon receipt of the deposit, the confirmation voucher & other documentation will be issued.
3.2 Ourstanding amount is payable to us one week prior to your arrival or directly to the spa hotel on your arrvial day.
3.3 We accept payments by credit/debit cards, paypal, and bank transfers.
3.3 When making an online booking, your card will not be debited until all services have been confirmed. Your card/bank statement will show that monies were paid to Digital Aurum Ltd.
4. Changes and cancellations by You.
4.1 Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change, however it may not always be possible. Changes are subject to the admin fee of 25 GBP per booking and payment of any price difference incurred as a result of the change. It will not be possible to make any changes to your booking within 72 hours prior to check in date.
4.2 Should you need to cancel your stay once it has been confirmed, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. If you cancel your bookings more than 72 hrs before the arrival date we will refund you full amount minus 10% cancellation fee.
If you cancel your booking less than 72 hrs before the arrival date no claim for any refund can be accepted.
4.3 Full amount or the deposit is refundable only in case of visa refusal.
5. Changes and cancellations by us.
5.1 Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes and cancellations, we must reserve the right to do so.
5.2 During busy periods spa hotels receive high volume of requests and may not be able to confirm your bookings. In such event we will notify you as soon as possible (no later than 72 hours after you made your reservation) and will offer alternative arrangements. Please note, no money are taken from you card until your booking is confirmed.
5.3 Once we confirmed your booking this will not be subject to change or cancellation unless circumstances beyond our control. Circumstances beyond our control include, but are not limited to, acts of god and the inability of a provider to fulfil its commitment. In the case of the latter example, we will provide equivalent or better service/product or a full refund.
7. Website Information & Accuracy
7.1 While we make every reasonable efforts to ensure that programmes and hotels descriptions (including star rating, photos, treatments, indications, counterindications, facilities information, etc) supplied by owners are accurately reproduced on our website we do not accept responsibility for any descriptions which contain inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information.
7.2 Information on this site is informative, the contraindications are possible, we strongly recommend to consult your doctor before chosing spa town, sanatorium and/or programme.
7.3 If we have been informed of changes to the transportation, property, treatment, etc we will ensure that our website is updated to reflect the new information. If we have been informed of material changes to your programme after your booking has been confirmed we will advise you before departure.
7.4 Differences between photographs and text and actual property/arrangements may occur.
8. Special Requirements
8.1 All special requests should be submitted at the time of booking. We will pass your special request to the relevant Spa resort. Please note that all requests are on request-only basis and can not be guaranteed even if they are printed on your voucher.
9.1 Complaints related to your booking should be immediately reported to the spa hotel supervisor / managment team. If your complaint can not be solved there & then, please contact us email@example.com as soon as possible, but no later then 7 days after your departure date. If you fail to comply with the above we will have no liability in relation to your complaint.
10.1 You are strongly advised to obtain travel & medical insurance for the duration of your trip.
11. English Law and Jurisdiction
11.1 This agreement is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
