This children’s medical programme provides top of the range medical care for children suffering from cerebral palsy and diseases of the locomotive & central nervous systems.
The treatments take place at Spa Nove Lazne – children’s medical institution and spa facility, located in the centre of Teplice (1000 m from Spa Beethoven). It has it is own diagnostic and rehabilitation centre and is operated by the principal team of professionals in the fields of neurology, pediatrics, orthopedics, psychology and speech therapy.
The Spa Nove Lazne offers:
1) Treatments based on using Teplice's Thermal Mineral Waters which have strong analgesic and healing effects.
2) Advanced rehabilitation therapies such as Vojta, Bobath and Kabat methods, the synergetic reflective therapy, myofascial techniques, etc.

Each patient receives 20 or more treatments per week, and each programme is unique; put together by a highly qualified physician to best treat each child’s individual medical concerns. Each patient’s progress is regularly measured with comprehensive medical examinations, to ensure that the treatment programme is consistently effective. At the end of the stay, a final medical exam outlines the results of the treatments. Patients can expect noticeable results after a full three week stay; for example cerebral palsy sufferers can move their head, talk, crawl and roll over, and have significantly strengthened muscles.
